Hey all.

Well I've thought about a lot of things for the front end of my sporty.

Wide glide.

Mid glide.

But the thing that really catches my eye is a big ass front tire.

Stuff like this:

This one has a 4.50 18 front and rear.

I'm happy with my rear tire, (stock 150/80B16).

What is the widest tire (either 19 or 16") I can fit in the stock narrow glide front end?

I'd like to see a 130-150 in there but, truth tell I wouldn't even know where to begin.

Thanks for your time!

Best regards,

Check this 16" on a super glide.

This is the look I'd like.

I just put a fat avon on the front of mine. About an inch wider than stock. Love the difference. Most noticeable on the freeway.

someone just mentioned that on another post, I think sporty and long distance. Something about the bike being more stable @ higher speeds as well as looking cool. I dig that bobber look.

I've got a 130/90-16" on front with a FL front fork Really like for grooved pavement
I had a 140/90 on for a while until the stealer took it off and put on the right size
I'm running WWW Metzler front and back, both 130's. Picture is before WWW.

it is an Avon AM20 90/90H21. I toldthe indy that I wanted the biggest tire that would fit on the stock 21 inch wheel without having to ditch the fender. That is what he put on. It's a fairly snug fit. Much smoother ride on the superslab. In fact, I'm thinking of getting an Avon for the back as well.

Love the look with the FL front end. Did it take much modification to fit it?
