I've never really been that into MotorHead, but EVERYTIME I hear one of their songs I end up rockin' it. Cranked up to deafening levels.
Any suggestions for a MotorHead album or albums to buy?
I love the song that Lemmy does with Probot (Dave Grohl's projet). Lemmy (and MotorHead) definitely embody everything Rock and Roll.

At this point, I would look for a "Best of" album.
Personally, I like Inferno, its got 2 of my favorite songs on it, "Whorehouse Blues" (Vid posted above) and "In the year of the wolf" which is a masterpiece.
