Good question.

it's in the first post. just under $150.

Interesting, but the first post could be interpreted two different ways. Is it quoting a discounted price for a group buy of 1 to 49 buyers, 1 to 100 buyers, or 50 to 100 buyers?

If it said "The first 50," that means any number of buyers between 1 and 50.

If it said "The first 100" then that means any number of buyers between 1 and 100.

But since the first post says "The first 50 to 100" I wonder if it means that if there are 49 or fewer buyers in the group buy, those buyers pay full price, as Oily1 seems to believe based on her quoted post. We might need to get at least 50 buyers to get any discount at all.

Hey SuperBrace, how about clarifying this point?

You're right, John: let's get this crystal clear, as my friend R.M.N. used to say : )

So, what is the price if there are less than 50 buyers in the group buy?

With only a little over a week before the end of the group buy window, it would be nice to get an answer on a request to clarify something that is decidedly unclear in the original post.

There are only about 20 people listed on the site as committed to buy, so the question is certainly a relevant one.

I just got off the phone with Superbrace.

The nice lady who answered the phone said that if there are less than 50 buyers, there *will* be a discount from the regular price - but they don't know yet how much that discount will be.

I also asked her to have somebody from Superbrace check this thread in case there are any other questions or more information that they could give us.

Thanks, John! It's hard to believe that more folks aren't jumping on this offer, but the ones who miss it can pay full price like I did last time. It is a very good product, as many on here attest. Two bikes, one with, one without...but not much longer. It's all good, indeed.

21 Superbraces and counting: give yourself the gift that KEEPS on giving!

I'll join if I ever hear what I'll be paying if it doesn't crack 50 people. I don't do mysteries. As it stands, anything short of 50 is just a failed group buy. I'm not in the mood to be expected to pay some amount I never really agreed to.

It may be a great product, and it still may end up being a good deal, but the terms are way too vague for my tastes right now.
