Long intake

Has anyone use one of these? I was thinking to help with atomization & put more power at the lower rpm. I have drag pipes lol & know the only real solution to drag pipe sag is throw them in the trash & put something with mufflers on. I wouldn't mined if I could fined a set I liked. I have a stock carb for my 64 but I already have a s&a E carburetor so y not. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...5d8c246345.jpg

adding more plenum volume does have benefits but the 90@ turn will probably negate it.

I don't really need more out as well that y i was think of going forward. I'm running jockey shift & when i hit 1st my skull shifter taps my breather lol. So I got 3rd...2nd...ting1st very time. It dost hurt anything it's just funny. A B would push further into my leg as well so I'm not a fan of that. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...73715aed2b.jpg

1. a turn tends to centrifuge gasoline droplets (heavier than air) out and deposit them on the outside of the curve... toward the rear cylinder.
2. the inertia of mixture in the tube slightly increases VE after BDC.
3. you may accidentally "find" a tuned length and get some sonic effect at a specific RPM.
