Get your multimeter out and check the voltage on the battery - then check the voltage on either side of the coil - One side (White/Black wire) should be 12v equal to the battery - the other side (with the Pink wire) will be either 12v or ground, depending on the state of the firing function of the ICM...

You can remove all the wires from the side that has the Pink wire, then make jumper to ground (battery negative will do)... Now setup your spark plugs against the cylinder fins and turn the main switch to ON (with the Run/Stop in Run Mode)...

Quickly strike the ground wire across the coil terminal (where the Pink wire was connected) and both spark plugs should fire...
