Super information. Thanks, guys.

I got the bike in March 2019 with 275 miles on it. It was won in a contest long times past and traded in on a truck. That’s where we saw it while buying a new truck for the Missus. It has Rineharts on it, and possibly other tweaks, I don’t know, so I need to check for proper mixtures. I’ve heard the FP3 was good. If Powervision is better, and not too awfully much more rubles, I’ll take a look at it instead.

I can handle the gas thieves with the alarms and rock salt. Erratic mileage is no biggie, other than making me worry about what my silver bullet endured while mostly sitting, alone, with no friends, abandoned and forlorn, for ten freaking years. It was immaculate when we found it. I changed the springer seat, but it will go back on with the new shocks. My @$$ just can’t handle it with the stock ones. If I hit a pebble, it feels like I’m on solid struts. Nope, I’m just too old for that.

In any case, after the tuner, since I’ll need it for the next thing, is a decent breathing system, and as I may have mentioned I’m leaning toward the DK 828 and my own 833 cover. I want one of those external breathers, too, so I can ride to see my family in CA, just knowing how badly I’m polluting the place and how many of their laws I’ll be breaking. I’m a rebel.

Tire pressure?? 29 front and 35 rear, just because I can. Pure rebel.

Y’all have a good Sunday evening.
