will it press into my cases?? cases are from a 2000 1200 sporty...i want some more hp and less weight!

No, it's very different on the sprocket shaft side.

Even if it would, it would result in less horsepower, not more, as you'd lose about 220cc of displacement.

S&S makes some knife edged flywheels. Coupled with some Carrillo rods (much lighter than the S&S rods) that makes for a real nice crank.

Or you could put in a set of wheels from a 2000-2002 Buell. They're a pressed assembly like your stock ones but they're a little lighter. Don't know if they can still be bought, though.

Small shots of nitrous - say up to 30hp - don't really require any special engine prep. I've run 30hp of nitrous with 14:1 compression for that matter.

Larger shots, though, you need to start thinking about reducing compression.
