I recant! I talked to Perry at FloHeadworks yesterday. He said for N.A. and for turbo street applications they recommend Andrews R5 cams 95% of the time!!!
R5 is like 240ish duration and 60+ degrees of overlap!!
Now this is for heads he has prepared but I assume that it would be ok with most heads.
