Default ...so i guess I already had an andrews accelerator pump kit?

Hey guys,
So im starting to do a little here and there with my 1980. Im gonna do some P cams probably (I like getting moving fast) Pb's if i could swing it but probably just regular old p's. Its got q's in it now. I just want some more umph. AT ANY RATE back on topic.
So I scooped up an Andrews accelerator pump for the stock Keihin carb. Took it home, popped off the bowl, and the accel pump. Lo and behold the hole is already drilled.
The old bottom plate for the accel pump said 1-3 on it and some dots (looks like braile?) and the andrews has 4-2.
Did this thing already have an early version of the andres accel pump kit/was this a pre 1980 carb?

I know pictures. Let me go snap a few and I will post in a min.

In the mean time feel free to post about my cam selection (dont want to get into any other work yet like headwork or hi compression cams etc.)

Are you sure it is a stock Keihin carb? Keihin made a carb for S/E for a while that already had an accelerator pump on it. Beyond that, if there is an accelerator pump on it already, no need to change it. Put a new diagprham and o-ring in there and it should be good.

As far as the braile on the accel pump, I could believe it. Remember seeing braile on a drive up atm's keys once. Braile on a drive up ATM, O.K.
