Default need help with rebuild kit part numbers

Hi guys!

Started bleeding my rear brake and it feels like the master cylinder isn't pumping much, the pedal is very light all the way down, though there's no air in the system.
Since no one here in Moscow has the rebuild kits in stock, I've decided to order all of them. Well, I found a part number just for the rear master cylinder rebuild kit - 42810-04B.

So please help me to find part numbers for:
1. Front master cylinder rebiuld kit.
2. Front brake caliper rebiuld kit.
3. Rear brake caliper rebiuld kit.

The bike is 2004 883.

Thanks!
