Question Cleaning clutch parts

Ok so the primary chain adjuster got some grooves in it from being too tight, there were some bits at the bottom of the primary cover and here and there, what can I use on the clutch pack to clean it, I know some solvents are probably bad to use on the discs, these are new with maybe 20 miles on them.

It is not uncommon to have grooves in the adjuster. Is the teflon pad what is grooved? Lots of Sportster run with just the metal and no teflon at all. That is the reason running 60 wt oil works so well in these engines. "Bits and Pieces" ? Metal or plastic? Is the clutch a stock dry clutch or wet plates?
