What is that? The window above seems to have the same treatment. Is it (are they), a shadow box? Painting?

That was added in 2017 actually...
in reality I wanted this bike with a early ironhead,
but many reasons are putting that on the back burner...
thus the fake addons for now.
Still divided though, but rolling. |
