Aparently not.
That's why I tried to simplify YOUR drawing and include wire gauges for Chaoszen that matched or exceded the current load.
I'm not tryin to step on yer toes there buddy... Really: I just figured; "yeh just a small wire and 10 amp fuse . .bugger all current draw from a pair of horns i think." was a bit vague and I wanted to simplify it a bit.. Also, the ground wire in the switch in your drawing is for an iluminated rocker switch. In the horn circuit it would be a direct short. I removed it from the drawing to eliminate blown fuses and confusion.
I'm just tryin to be helpful man... sorry.

The horns usually draw 3-5 amps (each) so a 15 Amp fuse would be suitable to replace the 20/25Amp fuse in Russ's drawing.
There are several other circuits in addition to the horn on the same 15 Amp accessory breaker in the 74 wiring diagram. The relay might not be necessary. It wouldn't hurt to use it though - sometimes those 15 amp breakers aren't quite 15 amps over time. The relay would eliminate any doubt.
It is an old thread but I would like to say that your Schematic Diagram is right on.PLUG and HONK HONK.Thanks
