Ok so switched power is how the cluster is wired from what i can see. The sender has one wire{green). i'll have to look at your posts for were green goes and the black ground wire from the light. I'll check for power at the socket tomorrow. Oh. green is run to the speedo light connection as you mentioned to do

The other side of the bulb is connected to the Oil Pressure Switch/Sensor (HD GREEN WIRE). That wire will be grounded when there is little/no pressure, making the bulb light. When there is pressure, the ground will be lifted and the light will go off.

Yes - You'll have to remove the BLACK WIRE (for the OIL LIGHT) from wherever it is currently grounded. Connect that to the HD GREEN WIRE so the Oil Pressure Sensor can provide the ground needed to light the bulb (when low oil pressure)... The RED WIRE on the Bulb needs to connect to the same power as the Speedo Light.

Well I had the oil light on for a moment and now nothing?! Does it have to be power from the speedo light power because I got power and light to the bulb from another power source and now nothing, again! All signals are operational now including running and 4 ways. Now to the pesky oil light and then tackle the Gen light for indicators.

The power that lights the Speedo should be from the HD ORANGE wire in the main harness - This is a power line that only supplies power when the keyswitch is ON... (While that is the best thing to do, if you get keyswitched power from another wire, it still should light the bulb)

Did you put your multimeter/voltmeter on the power wire at the Oil Light Bulb? Does it have power? If not, that bulb will never light...

Once you know you have power at the bulb, then, if it still does not work, you need to verify whether the Oil Pressure Sensor is actually working. It should provide a ground to the Oil Light Bulb when there is no pressure (engine not running). When the sensor detects enough pressure, it will stop grounding the bulb and it will go out.
