Plug it. Order new tire. Replace .. when it becomes a worry..
No cell service where I ride..ems is 30 mins out if all is perfect.
2 tires ..no spare.. my tires are a concern.
I would be constantly thinking about it.
Peace of mind goes along way at 120 mph.

To do the repair correctly, you need to remove the tire anyway, so just put a new tire on it.
No mention of where in the tire the nail is either. Depending on where in the tire, if it did any damage, age, etc. you may not even have a repairable tire.

Might as well just use slime to repair it if you are not inspecting the tire and removing.

I plug if I can't get home on it, then depending on the age and condition of the tire and the size of the hole I patch from the inside or replace.
