"Take most people, they're crazy about cars. They worry if they get a little scratch on them, and they're always talking about how many miles they get to a gallon, and if they get a brand-new car already they start thinking about trading it in for one that's even newer. I don't even like old cars. I mean they don't even interest me. I'd rather have a goddam horse. A horse is at least human, for God's sake." ~ Holden Caulfield

Hmm... I can't find anything for HD at HardRacing. Went to the Sato Racing website and all the have is pre-'03. I noticed you have an '05, are you running a pre-'03 set?

The set I have is designed for 04 and up models. Hardracing will special order them for you (non-refundable) and shipped to you direct from Sato.

This is version I of my IH rearsets. I'm onto version III, but the bike is broken down and I can't show photos. On the brake side, I have since repositioned the stock '81 master cylinder so the actuating rod is a straight shot. The 1/8" aluminum plate is held in place with three 1/4" bolts that screw into holes that normally hold the sprocket cover. These mount to the modified passenger peg bracket, which in turn bolts to the rear motor mount. I've since (after these photos) cut and rewelded the bracket assembly so the pegs are higher up and further forward. I got the pegs and foot controls with the bike, but I've seen generic ones fairly cheap on eBay. Linkages are 3/8" aluminum round with the ends drilled and threaded 1/4"-28 (one end right thread, the other left thread). Rod end bearings screw in. This all might make sense if I had a current photo.
