Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome!
Pretty sure that battery is actually too small or not the correct replacement but it provides enough amps to crank. In my research I found that the belt tie down was an old school alternative. Happens there is a perfectly sized slot for the belt to fit through on the bottom right side of the self, definitely gives it some character lol
My apologizes for the picture size, I didn't realize until after posting, I'll try reducing it.
