I'm leaning toward biting the bullet and buying the Motherwell one. It's no longer made for the older bikes. The one in the post is open box new. I'm probably just going to buy it once the seller verifies the length of the holes. Eff it.

well, I waited for 6 weeks for the seller to end up not actually having it to sell. Motherwell doesn't currently offer anything that fits my older bike. I found a HardDrive model that claims it fits for $50 on ebay. We'll see.

Got the Hard Drive version 77-0062 for $50+. It fits, looks great, and I am happy with it. Comes with mounting hardware and pads to go between the rack and paint. Good deal.
