The Army puts a little bit of ground beef in the SOS. That ain't even real gravy. On down south, we put some locally made, and specially seasoned, ground sausage in the gravy, instead of the ground beef.

Be for leaving Korea I obtained the U.S.A.F. I obtained their recipe for SOS, said to start with 40 pounds of ground beef..........I tried dividing it down but just didn't work.
