OK. That I understand. I'm 71 and my mate Artur has been playing havoc with me for years now, I used to tape my wrists before every race and I knew exactly how many gear changes I needed to make in a race.
Drugs help a lot.
Do whatever you can to keep going. The Harley clutch pull has always been a POS. Compare it to the clutch pulls on any of the big Japanese bikes. Or European bikes. Well, just about anybody else in the world.
The boosters may well be designed for more modern Jap bikes. The ones that need them the least. They use high volume high pressure pumps.

Wonder if a centrifugal clutch setup could be an option. Best of luck either way, getting old is tough but better than the alternative (most of the time).

An Automatic clutch or centrifugal assisted clutch. Is the easy button here.

I'm not sure you could get enough surface area to hold the torque on an IH. The clutch in the IH only works due to the surface area provided by multiple plates. Original K got by with 5 but 7 is more in line with what's needed for bigger engines.
I think the Honda's used a vane type system - same as your car.

on the friction cranes we installed torque converters.
have you thought about hand brake via proportioning valve to operate both brakes and then a foot operated clutch?

Gene,high gear only drag bikes have been using centrifugal clutches for decades.H-D motors,it's been done.

But aren't they "lock up" clutches ? No real slip control ?
