Quick update, i called them today since I was told they would get the seat in by mid-month aaaaaannd got the same "It's not here, LePera hasn't shipped it". Asking additional questions only got a "like I said it's not here" responce.
So I asked for a refund and was told they only do it via email. I sent the email, I also sent LePera an email to see how long they would tell me making that seat would take. I also started looking into contacting the BBB and California Consumer Protection Bureau.
I'm going to wait 2 days and if(when) they don't respond I'm filing claims with the agencies.

My email to LePera has paid off, I was contacted by one of their representatives who informed me that they didn't receive the order until May 30th, or around 8 weeks after I placed it and they have yet to receive payment from Phat Performance for the order. She tried contacting them and asked me to wait till Monday, if they don't respond LePera will work with me directly on the issue.

I finally got my seat, in the end I had to request a refund from Phat P over the phone, then in writing and yell at a manager over the phone. Then I ordered the seat directly from LePera and they rushed the order. Ashley from LePera was top notch, she did a lot more than she had to, going as far as taking apart a seat to use the seatpan for my seat to speed things up.
