Default clutchless 2003

Gentlemen,I am clueless, because this 2003 is acting clutchless. All the adjustments are on spot, have changed 3 types of oil;right now about 950 ml semisynth 75w-90;doesn t matter the level(as reported to the bottom of clutch hub),is acting the same;I mean not acting at all. When pushed in the first gear,it sounds like will be the last time...damn placebo!my teeth fill the pain!
I have took apart the hub, everything looks fine, bearing is fine, the 3 balls in the ramp are there...and also some muddy spots with metal shavings in it laying on the bottom of the case, right under the chain tensioner boot.Could be the factory set up these plates?maybe primary case never been off untill now...

I did not see anything wrong with it...was the first thing that I ve checked...all rivets in place,no unusual movement between plates;if adjustments & parts & oil are fine why is so sticky the clutch assembly?Ones that is in first, easy to find neutral,no dragging;in the 86 engine if was adding a bit too much oil,it was obvious the dragging;to found neutral, had to stop the engine.

Did you put full slack in the cable adjuster before you adjusted the screw at the clutch?

Yes,I did.First step was to put full slack in the cable, then set the free 1/4 turns out n the adjusting screw, and finally readjust the cable...done and re/done,to be sure.

Yes, that s the literature for the soul!Really liked the diagram with the 3 zones of clutch engagement.
You mean, sir,to check the engine sprocket because of the metal debris found under the chain tensioner?well, did not.But I will take out all the transmission,to check it in detail these days.Well,if mechanically all the parts & adjustments are in specs, then must be the friction plates.I found the same situation on other brands bikes, that sat a lot,
