New acquisition
OK here goes. I just picked up a 2005 xl883c with the following changes.
Hammer Perf 1275 Big Bore Kit
1200S Heads (dual Plug)
45mm Mikuni Carb
Dynatek Ignition
Road Rage Exhaust
Here is my question (issue). It is running 2 plug heads, but only utilizing one plug in each head. Is this an issue?

You'll be missing the slight benefit of the dual-firing plugs, but it won't cause any harm.
It is possible to use the Dynatek Ignition to trigger dual-fire double-tower coils (one coil for each cylinder) to create double-sparks in each cylinder. Just be sure the coils 'ohms' rating matches what the Dynatek expects. It would be best to use a single-fire mode on the Dynatek if it has one.
