That would be an improvement over the bean counter controlled design that the MoFoCo came out with.
I wonder what the right side of the engine looks like. All the pics I've seen of it only show the left side.
I also wonder if this will be like the W1 Kawasaki. It was a clone of the old BSA A-10 engine and even used the same special tools to assemble it.

The article said it was a clone so I doubt changes were made to provide a trap door.

^^^ for the manufacturer only... gawd,the first thing i notice is they didn't make the cooling fins on the cylinder align/match the fins on the heads? bad first impression.

There are a couple of youtube videos of it, and one of them shows the right side. It has an oval where the nose cone would be.

if the engine mfg feet is held to the fire, china engines can compete on the world scale, remember the japanese?

Reverse toilet swirl is a myth. Did you know that 75% of the water used in the Sydney, NSW airport is from travelers flushing toilets to see if the water does swirl in the opposite direction?
Having visited Australia several times, I can testify that it really is a myth without basis in reality.
However; IF the Chinese can hold to QA procedures, there's no reason why they couldn't build a bike that's as reliable as what the MoFoCo turns out.
I won't buy one; but it might be a good bike.
