If you're going to go with post-2000 lower legs (sliders), consider using a Dyna 4-cylinder caliper. Bolts directly to late-model lowers and works a treat. You can also use an adapter and run the Dyna caliper on your pre-2000 lowers-- I ran it that way for a year or so, & then went with 2003 lower legs. Works great, looks good-- while you didn't mention braking performance, any 4-pot caliper will seriously improve your braking power and controllability. Another plus is that it uses the stock 9/16" master cylinder and works perfectly.
