Figured it was time to start a thread on my current build, got alot going on with it and to good not to share!
My bike started off as a 2002 883R

XR1200 Crank Conversion w/ case mod 34T sprocket
Case Boring for 90"
Cam Box Clearences
HAMMER PERFORMANCE Sledge + head work on SE Heads
2.020" intake and 1.630" exhaust valves
Conical valve springs
S&S Premium Lifters
07 + updated oil pump
Buell Bronze Gear
Steel Timing Cup
Barnett Clutch Hub with Scorpion Clutch
Patriot Defender exhaust
Dynatek 2000i
HAMMER PERFORMANCE Air Cleaner 3"
(I'm sure I missed some stuff)
Transmission Has Been Sent To R&D Transmission:
Having zippers billet trap door installed with better bearings, transmission race cut, shift drum modification, all their magic work.
while its apart all the parts are being R.E.M Treated and MICRO BLUE Polished.

I will be posting updates as parts come in, Currently my cases are split, my heads are with Hammer Performance, I am waiting on my crank to come off back order at the end of the month, and will be sending the cases and crank to HP to be fitted and everything cleared.

ALSO want to give a HUGE shout out to HAMMER PERFORMANCE for dealing with my shit since January on this build... I have changed my mind 5 time during the process, and made him re write my invoices multiple times, Great customer service and knowledge in helping point me in the right direction for what I was looking to do to this little beast. Cant wait til everything is ready to reassemble! looking forward to updating this thread with the progress!!

Very excited to see the outcome! The transmission is most likely over kill, but I really wanted something that would shift similar to the sport bikes I grew up riding. I think this one will surpass them! Will be posting pictures of R&Ds finished product!
