Default Clear Oil Lines?

I've got clear fuel line, and I reckon it would look super wild if I put clear oil lines on my bike. Obviously, I would have to use oil lines that could take the heat of the oil without melting or becoming brittle or whatever else. It would be cool to see the oil moving through the lines, but it would not be cool for to see it shooting out of the lines and getting everywhere.
Has anyone tried this? If so, did it have any horrible problems?

I've read where clear lines were installed on the return to and / or vent from the tank to verify or test from.
The rub will be the heat for longevity. You'd just have to spec some hose.
The feed hose from the pump to the filter housing has compression fittings and will be more difficult.

I have placed a clear line on the return to make sure the oil pump was functionong correctly but placed the normal black line back afterwards.
Athough more recently I have an adapter with clear line to join onto return hose when scavenging oil at oil change time. What you will see on return line is not a constant flow of oil but pushes along in spurts.
As you already know, the correct hose to consider the temperature is necessary.

That is an interesting tool.
But I think the theme here is clear lines are neat.
It doesn't sound like the op wants the clear lines fer testing.
I would think braided line coverings or something like that would be a safer idea.
I guess you could paint the coverings white?

As soon as the clear lines fill with oil. They will look just like you guessed it. Black.
