Default Cafe build started

Hi All, new to the forum.
Started a cafe build a month ago on an 02 Sportster with 2,000 miles on it that I picked up 6 weeks ago, projects done so far are, cut hub out of 16" stock wheel and re-lace to 19" x 2.50 rim, new rim strip, tubes and tires, made bolt on seat hoop, relocate ignition, clean up wiring, new cables and brake lines (old ones to long), install clip-on bars and rear sets, new headlight and mounts, tail light, make aluminum rear fender, seat base, I painted the fenders, seat base, fuse cover last week.

Tank is ordered, Legendary LYTA. Still a lot to do, it's fun and has been 30 years since I used to build bikes of this type

Today installed 2 into 1 exhaust, modified vintage Triumph rear shocks and installed along with new belt and sanded and polished older Derby cover.

Very classy/beautiful work and gorgeous bike. I kind of liked the black with white pinstripes better than the red, but both give a great look. I'm going for an early iron head look on my bike and was going to settle on a 130 width tire on the stock 16" hub, but now I know I have to go for the 19" rim in black. Nice added touch with the flared fender which I think is much better than just the ending with the seat. From where did you source the 19 " rim and pipes? Again, excellent job.
