Do any Shorai battery users leave the charging harness pigtail connected to the battery all the time?

I do. Otherwise I'd have to pull the battery to use the charger/BMS. I zip tied it to my oil drain hose which is under my battery tray. It sticks out a bit, but not bad.

I do too. Doing so is even mentioned as an option in the charger instructions.
