Dude, Just in case ya don't know. SSN bases your retirement on your very last job paychecks. At least in Tx it is that way.

Don't learn that the hard way. I had one old Hispanic foreman like that back when I worked at Dal-Tile. Insecure racist type. Place was big enough. I changed depts by going over his head. He was afeared of me when I left. Bought me presents. Like bottles of single malt scotch.

My attitude during bully work sessions was, this too will pass and won't matter a 100 years from now. Just gotta clam up and be patient..

Sometimes I'd get lucky and something bad would happen to them anyway.

Not to argue but that is not how it's calculated.
It's also a federal thing, TX or any state has no say.

And yes I am collecting right now.

Me to. I always figured all that money I paid over the years would come back to me.

Go figure.

Best wishes Fred, work situations like that totally suck. Probably more than a few of us have been in that position, good luck!

I have always found that if a boss were to fall asleep on a Fire ant hill or by a gator hole, one can not be charged with murder.

1. You did not commit the act of devour directly.
2. No one person in the State of Georgia has been convicted of aiding and abetting an ant nor Alligator.
4. This information is for educational purposes only, i take no responsibility for ill prepared well fed insect or reptile inaction.
