The docs took my driving licence away for a year so I had to get my mates to drive me around in my own sidecar. It was better than being dead!

haven't posted on this for a week or so.still could use some parts but I finally got a new 19" front wheel, got tire mounted same day and on the bike.now rhats with slightly bent fork tubes but its on there and looks great.off the jack and rolled it outside in the sun so it could finally get some warmth.been doin the metal work on 2 gas tanks, front fender and the oil tank.feels good blocking parts again.gotta build my stamina up again after all this hospital and couch time.goin for my first long ride tomarrow with a neighbor.up to Kernville and around the lake.thats on the racebike of coarse.i'll let you know how it goes

Good that the body is listening lately without complaining.

This busted up member keeps his feet oiled up like folks oil up their face or hands.

Keeps a lot of bad stuff kicking up later like cracked bleeding heels and such.

I got tired of being admitted to the hospital with foot problems.
The lotion regimen < I use cbo and what is called bag balm >
Any gold bond tube and rubbing your feet after a shower and your socks slide on easy.

You will be surprised how quick your feet will thank you.
