PLan on riding northern Va.. Near and around Fredricksburg.. Blue Ridge, Skyline drive are all too far for a typical day trip..
as for motorcycles, It's not harley's only. We've been known to allow an occasional Moto Guzzi and some metrics

Skyline drive is real YAWNER..off the beaten path is far better, specially around Lake Lousia in Mineral Va!

I voted 13th...but MIGHT be able to do 20th...
I laughed at the Harley's only questio, then more at the Guzzi answer.
Don't have any Guzzis right now...but hope to again by end of year, or early next.

This sounds like a good time. I know I'm new to the forum but I'm always down for a ride.

New guys are always welcome! The "special" initiation we have for them does not leave any marks (permanent that is) and leaves your pride pretty much intact.
Scratch that, there are no permanent marks that can be seen
On a more serious note it is a great time and Tigg sure knows how to grill a good burger.

I'm in the same "I work the weekends" boat. I'd have to have a hard date, and then it's up to my captain. And what I have to bribe him with at the time.
