1974 35mm fork boots
I’d like to install a quality pair of fork boots on my ‘74 XLCH; the only ones that seem to be currently available are “Hard Drive” on ebay...any comments? I tried the Honda GB500 pn 51611-KN8-003; dealer says invalid pn. Custom Chrome pn 632804 seems to be out of stock

Try your local auto parts store for Rancho Suspension parts. Or look on their web site. You may be able to find a set of shock boots that will fit. The RS1952 boots fit the 39mm forks, I'll guess they have many other sizes. Measure the diameter of the lower tubes, also.

The dealer is wrong. 51611-KN8-003 is the correct part number. GB500, 1988 to 1990.
I ordered mine from PowerSporstPlus.com in 2012, $24.53 each plus shipping. 3 weeks delivery to Canada.

The HD ones for earlier bikes will fit also and they last a long time.
