I looked to fitting a trike kit to my 1200 evo when I was diagnosed with balance issues and it costs around £4k upwards depending on the type of rear axle you have fitted.
West Wales trike shack do a solid axle and can do the job on later Sportsters.

I just went with a VW trike as the cost was more than the bike is worth.
