On the upside the pool hall reopened so we can get back to BCA league shoot. Been almost a year! Shot for couple hours last night, by the end wasnt doing too badly

Seriously? So living in the EU means you're no longer able to travel if you don't have a proof of being vaccinated? Nothing to do if you want or do not want a vaccin, that should be someone's own choice. This is something haven't seen since WWII in the EU. A freedom under condition.

"Ursula von der Leyen

We'll present this month a legislative proposal for a Digital Green Pass. The aim is to provide:

•Proof that a person has been vaccinated
•Results of tests for those who couldn’t get a vaccine yet
•Info on COVID19 recovery

It will respect data protection, security & privacy

The aim is to gradually enable them to move safely in the European Union or abroad - for work or tourism.

I have a health book that show all the vaccines I ever got, requested when traveling.

I don't know what's the big deal.

I know some people believe that vaccine can be bad but, some sickness were eradicated with vaccination.

I'm waiting for my vaccine and the sooner I get it, the best for me.

Before the life expectancy for mankind was about fifty years now it's over 75 years. This new technologies are now able to heal cancer.

If you rather believe charlatans then die younger.

No, I don't believe charlatans either and I'm also not saying that I'm against or for vaccination. That's why I wrote: "Nothing to do if you want or do not want a vaccin, that should be someone's own choice." With this you seem to have no choice.

This is a decision that goes against the Universal Human Rights and Constitution.

OK, so lets say you happen to have been exposed to a nuclear reactor explosion and you are glowing like an incandescent light bulb. Is it your right to walk around in society poisoning us all?

When we discuss rights, it's important to remember that yes, you do have rights, but the rest of us also have rights. Where do you personally draw the line?

Like, you have the right to hunt. Do you have the right to shoot a buck in a Macey's department store full of people?

You have the right to practice any religion, regardless of opinions of others. Does that right extend to killing off everyone who is not part of your personal cult?

Rights are always limited to the point that they interfere with the rights that others enjoy.

There are enough reasons for people. Well, one could draw a line to refuse to take a vaccine which experimental(!) fase ends in 2023 (Pfizer) or maybe because of religious reasons or other personal reasons? If some people don't want it what are you gonna do about it? Hunt them down, tie em up and force the vaccin in their body? We had those types here 81 years ago and again from 7 october 1949 up and until 3 october 1990. No thanks.

I know what you mean and I can even agree with you, but that's not the point The point is that no one on this Earth can force you to do something against your will. That's what is enshrined in human rights. What they're doing now is exclude people crossing country borders or even go to a bar or restaurant because they don't want to do what the EU wants. That's abuse of their political power. "You don't want it? Fine, but now you can't travel"
If I take a vaccination it will be voluntarily and well thought over and not because some unchosen EU bitch forces me.

You can always use a personal transport, like a row boat to cross the Atlantic. The passport is aim at stopping people with the virus to travel, as far as I know the Huwan virus didn't cross the Pacific nor the Atlantic alone. Some peoples even believe the 5G brought it here. As wedge said, society has rules and we follow them or get fine or exclusion (ex: jail time). This virus is very bad, how many will die or suffer from side effect like pulmonary problem for the rest of their life? This virus is not a simple flu that last 10 days and here we go.

Imagine, a virus so deadly that you have to be tested to see if you have it.
