Because of short in controls, or the TSM computer, as best remaining culprits.
Those working circuits DO NOT USE THE ACCESSORY FUSE - those circuits are powered by the LIGHT FUSE...

You have not eliminated the possibility of the fuse being blown or there being other defective connections on the ACCY Circuit...

Huh ... my thinking is too simple for those electronics ... I knew it. Ok. I have spares, will toss one in and report back.
I hate dealing with electronics and my ignorance shows it.

Ok. So I swapped out the Accessory fuze. Partly better. I'm still partly stymied. Tail light is on, but no brake. I have a guess on that one, from previous wiring work.
Horn now works.
However, front amber on left side is off, until I hit the signal, THEN it lights up and blinks. Cancel signal, amber is dark. The right side one works fine.

Now that you have a working/powered ACCY circuit, double-check the Taillight circuit board...

Here's the Sportsterpedia section on Turn Signals with a diagram of the TailLight circuit board(see 2004-2006):
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/t...3#turn_signals

Check power coming into the board at Pin#1 - Then check to be sure the bulb itself is not burned out...

Both of the front TS/Running lights use the #1157 dual-filament bulbs as does the rear Tail & Brake Light...

Make sure all these bulbs are good (both filaments) - if bad, swap one from another location into that socket to confirm the wiring is in fact working...

I thought for a brief moment of the dual filament, and thought that the front ambers were not. Again, bad head for electrics. 1 bulb should sort that and pretty sure I have one laying around. I think some previous wiring work / project will sort the tail. Get back once I get to that.
Side note ... I was baffled for a second as I tested my signals today after swapping fuzes. The front and back signals were swapped on sides. I likely screwed up which housing was which while adding the current bars some months back. Oops. Amusing now though, to see the front left and rear right both turn on with the right switch.
Again, the help is appreciated.
