That's prob not a bad price for that fxs. Doesnt look like it would need much in the way of a restoration. But looks are always deceiving on any old bikes actual needs.
The front forks etc should fit a sportster. The rear fender,struts might work too, and the wheels I think?

Project 79 model that’s supposed to have new rings and all other things mentioned. Stopped short of finishing oil and fuel lines and wiring. Have a few pics and went to look at it. Hard to tell mechanical condition at this stage.
