I'm glad you're alive to tell the tale... Sorry to hear about the physical damage...

You can rebuild the bike in time - for now, work on rebuilding the body...

I'm amazed at how stupid people can be - I suspect when they get in their car, they put their brains in the trunk...

Instead of going a bit farther down the road and making a safe exit, then a proper turn around - They simply expect others to stay out of their way when they decide to U-TURN in the middle of the road... Seen it way too many times...

Be safe out there - Expect others to try and kill you. Always think about an escape path.

I'm glad you're OK, bikes can be repaired. I know exactly what you are going through.

Best wishes for a complete recovery. I like to think I’m a pretty good rider and when a cager decided to take my lane, last summer, I had an escape route- went onto the apron, didn’t count on the slippery surface and slid. Healed and back riding. Good to hear that you are as well!

Nóóóóóoh! ...that's horrible man. Glad you came out the accident alive. Wishing you a speedy and good recovery. First you, then the bike.

Very glad you made it out of it.
Bike can be fixed or even frankensteined (better the bike than you)!

I now have a potential wreck count every time I leave the house.
People are getting really stupid driving habits.
At least once, but twice on average, every trip I utter "that's one".
Traffic light is red... we don't need no stinkin traffic lights... watch this (go to the right turn lane, wheel route around traffic light back into previous lane and get)
I've made it to a 5 count on a 30 minute trip one day including one crash at a 4 way stop.
And they act like I'm the asshole when my middle finger goes up.
Just repeating reality.

Glad you're ok. I did that once. T boned a constable in a pick up. Bike wedge in front wheel well. I went over top of hood landed on the roadway on the other side. Stood up looking straight into a 38 revolver. Fun times.

When mixing with cagers, you just never know. Comes with the territory.
