most of the time people just look and point

then I get "what is that?" and they point to the steering damper

I get quite a few positive comments on my bike, from big twin riders. On several different occasions, I have had them say to me that if they did not have to carry their old lady around, they would want to have a bike like mine. Funny, I have never heard any of the "girl's bike" or "beginner's bike" comments (not to my face, at least). All have been very positive. Also lots of thumbs-up and admiring glances when I am out and about on my Sportster. They're just great looking bikes...

very rarely someone compliments or waves at me, me and my gf was on my Harley at a stop light in city, and a very (watching my language) EXTREMELY attractive female was like awhhh you guys are so cute! LOVE THE BIKE!.

was a nice compliment. very very rare though to ever get any attention

Parked my bike to go into the Doc's office today. A guy said, "Niiiiice bike". He'd just stepped out of a high end Porsche.

I did not buy my bike for the approval of others....

I'd just as soon nobody notice it other than to know that I'm on the road riding it...

It helps when I miss a turn and the wheels are spinning in the air while I am pinned under the motorcycle. Rubberneck city.

Otherwise. Naw.

Being 6 foot 7. I get more nervous looks.

Just recently since the 1275 conversion I’m seeing people walking take notice when I ride by.
