1. Your link shows a 1967 XLCH. The bike for sale is a 1965 XLH. They are not the same bike.

If it was an XLCH I believe the primary cover would be Chrome stamped Steel and it should have a magneto. I think it's an XLH

Yes, it's an 65 XLH. It has the correct tank (most likely). The rear rim is 70 and later. The rear shocks are not correct. The rear fender looks correct. Front end, including wheel, is later and missing the stock nacelle and related parts. The seat mounting is not stock. Overall, it looks like it's probably a good bike with a lot of original parts.
