Great mod, thanks for the idea! I opted to drill a small hole in the plastic clip and use a pop rivet (with stem still attached). Works like a charm with seat installed.

I just use the velcro band trick. I works great.

I do like this idea, do not get me wrong, but being a lavy F*&^ the elcro trick is for me
