Mine's in sort of a touring set-up most of the time. Bags and windshield are quick disconnect, so I can strip it down on a whim.

Mine is an 883, not a 1200, but you can't tell by looking at it:

First I really like your saddlebags...
What are they, and what size...???
I would like to have some a bit bigger than mine...

Well my 09 1200 C is not much on the customized side... I have now switched to a 2 up Mustang seat though...
Most changes I made are to stock stuff that came on other bike versions, like the cast 19" front wheel & the handlebars...
The Hwy. pegs and bar are probably a bit different than most, with the bar being installed upside down from normal... Y'all make me ashamed of mine...
But, then there is the custom backrest...lol...
Have a good one...Tater...

The sky is the limit! I've put on a quick release backrest and windshield along with other little chrome doo-dads like foot pegs and switch covers. The synthetic Sporty bags are permanently attached.

As well as some bolt-ons like the V&H Double Barrel Staggered exhaust and the Screaming Eagle intake.

It's the HD quick detach. 58063-04 The bags are Leatherpros. Don't pay retail though on the bags. I have a source to get them 20% off if you want to go that route.

The windshield is fine. No real complaints... Memphis Shades is going to release a version of their batwing for the Sportster soon, so I would be tempted to go that route. I just didn't want to drop $1K for the other batwing options.
