It is definately something that could make installing and removing the saddle bags quick and easy if anyone could work out the details. I'll be giving it a try eventually, but first things first.

i just got a set of willie and max sb1904 small bags.
im gonna do something similar to the "VEGAS MOD" to mount them.
thx for the idea!
i will add pics once done.
i dont care about the wing nuts, they will stay on.
