Electrical... Nice.
What gauge wires are you running, and what terminal connections?
I've spent a fair amount of time with 3.5mm bullet crimps since I work on 70s metrics, but not sure what's recommended for modern Harley's.

Using 3mm (1.13mm2 core) for the main wiring.. I think that's 12 gauge in USA? And 2-2.5mm for the fine stuff like the handlebar buttons and switches. There is not much room in there. The lil main coil power switch I soldered in the pic (wi5h 3mm wire) I had to do again with thinner wire.
Using a few Deutch plugs. Dash, bars and a few bits are gonna be plug and play. Gonna use tab connectors just to get it in and working, then run everything through the frame and hide as much as possible.
Not much Harley about the loom apart from a few enyine switches and sensors. I'm using an American made WirePlus wiring loom and control box.

Very cool, thanks for the info! Wiring is never fun, but always so satisfying when everything works as planned.

Very nice!!
the best part of being able to do all your own wiring is, you know your bike more intimately !
you have some special part's in this bike, I remember you got that oil pump, Charlie Karling designed and made. I always liked the idea of improved oil scavenging, with a larger motor.
