Wow you will need a wheelie bar!
will be good to see what time's you do with the bottle!! & how it handles the extra HP + TQ at track. how much of a shot will you give it? & will the Mik 48 give enough extra fuel?

No bar life!!!

No nitrous here yet, may end up adding a small bottle in good time to keep up with all these stretched zx14s around here on nitrous lol.

Ran by new PB in the 1/8 last night with the new stack and boyesen Xwing.
Looking at my best 1/4 slip. This 1/8 would of been a 9.9 run had I been on the 1/4. Improvemnts are being made!


Wanted to product review the Xwing also..

Last night was the first start and runs using it along with a velocity stack, in place of the hammer performance backing plate ran open.

So here is what I noticed right off the first start.

A far smoother and more consistent idle. My bike has never idled so good before. It was low 70s all night, no choke, started everytime, no fluctuations in idle or carb pops and the most consistent smooth AFR its has had yet holding steady at 13.1.

Secondly the throttle response. It's hard to beat a Mikuni HSR and its throttle responsiveness. I actually prefer the HSR over most all Harley injection as far as throttle response goes. Well it got better, alot better. When staging it held high rpm much more steadily and the slightest wack of the throttle was instantly turned to revs.

I haven't had it on the street yet, but can only assume the same characteristics will apply in part and mid throttles.

Top end didn't loose any and pulled my new personal best of 6.36 seconds in the 1/8, so it for sure isnt taking anything away from the big end. The AFR has never been so smooth and flat, mind you, I've spent extended periods of time in the dyno trying to perfect its AFR line.

For less than $100 I do not regret the purchase what so ever. I know my motor very well and how it behaves. Its very consistent and dialed into me and I can say without a doubt the Boyesen Xwing made an improvement across the powerband and worth the purchase.

So its staying in.

Was having trouble with the wego getting to to log RPM perfectly, think I need a better connection at the coil.

can't wait to see a time slip thats in the nines and a trap speed in the 130's!

as they say get 60' down & if you don't make any mistakes the ET will drop!
