Quiet can for Pro Header??

I have a 2001 S3 with the pro header, beautiful pipe, has the short can and the system is too loud for me, even after re-packing the can. I'm using the bike for a 1-hour commute, and my old ears are too sensitive to the volume even with earplugs and ring for hours after; it's like riding a jackhammer.

Is there a quieter muffler that will fit with the pro series header? Trying to keep the bike, 'though it's on craigslist right now for this reason.

I know there's lots of threads about the best pipe, loudest, quietest can is the stock can but that's for the stock pipe only, I believe. Do I need to find the smaller header to get back to a quieter bike? Any information much appreciated, this is my first Buell and if I can get it quieter it would be a fine thing.
