Default Primary oil amount with taller front end.

I am curious if i should still follow the rule of fill up till it drips on my 71 ironhead

I have a 21 inch front wheel and extended tubes. I’m wondering if the stock 28 oz is enough since the oil puddles further back in the primary. I can def fit way more oil in there since the front is lifted up.

Curious on your thoughts!

Default

Just put 28oz of oil in it and run it.
A 71 has a transfer valve and that will determine the "working" oil level.
