I had a 1987 Yugo. It was my first new car. It actually was not that bad for the first three years. Was constantly adjusting the clutch though.

The biggest POS I ever had though was a 1977 MGB that I bought in 1983. It was the first car I bought after leaving home and it had major electrical problems. Sold it for $300 and microwave oven.

1992 LandRover Discovery V8 ... lots of expensive repairs all the time, high running costs, lots of corrosion!

Would I buy another one again if my bank account had plenty of $$$$????

YES! Its a nice car to drive and you can go offroad with it w/o problems!

Wow, a few Firebirds (we called them FireChickens after awhile).
I had a 68 Firebird, 2 speed Powerslide tranny.
A 69 Firebird, OK car.
75 Firebird, kicked a lot of butt with that one.
78 Firebird, (my first new car.) . Picked it up in January - brrr.
I ordered it special, waited 12 weeks, watched them drive it off the delivery carrier as the lower radiator hose blew, they fixed it and off I went. Started driving it home, the thermostat was bad and it over-heated. Drove it back to the dealer (stealer??), they fixed it.
In April, I noticed the Firebird decal on the hood was starting to lift-off, back to the dealer. They replaced the decal and also had to re-paint the hood, from trying to scrape the decal off. I was driving it home from that and a (I think) 71 Duster 340 wanted to have "a go at it", I punched it and the tranny just decided "oh screw this, I'm done" and died.

Best car -- 1975 350 Vette, gawd I still miss that car. I got it after the dealer took the 78 firechicken back.

BEST Motorized VEHICLE??? Do I really even have to say it???

Regards,

I had a mid 60's Ford Cortina, what a pos!! the car had no fuses built into the electrical system. Me and my ex-wife to be were heading down the highway one afternoon when smoke came from everywhere at once... lost the entire lighting system in a 3 minute puff of smoke.....
