Just thought I'd toss an update out there. Been almost 2 years since I did the XR setup. Still going strong...never a noise, never an issue. Bike made an estimated mid 80s rwhp when originally installed. Bike now makes 106rwhp and the setup holds the power just fine. No slipping on the dyno, no slipping when flogging it hard on the street. No issues with launching hard. To me it's a damn fine solution, especially considering some of the aftermarket setups are prone to squeal. Bravo Bluto.

I did my 2017 with only 18,000 on the clock. As with my partner's machine the clutch showed no real signs of wear. I just ride steady without trying to wheelie away from the lights.

After a few hundred miles no issues. I am trying the HD synthetic gear oil. I cannot say I notice any difference from Formula+.

After 2 years and 45,000 miles on my 2006 with the XR1200 clutch parts I have had no issues
