I'm thinking the seller accidentally mislabeled or assumed them as ironhead cams. I believe they are early evo sportster T cams. Ironhead cams look a little different than evo cams.

Never heard of T cams.
Why do people that sell used cams so often just show pics of the lobe side? and in this case don't tell what year they fit. Got to assume they are for an early bike.
There looks to be a fair amount of lobe lift. Could they be for a flathead?
There is no generator drive gear.
They look like they have pressed shafts.
Sorry I don't know what they are. I hope someone does. Interesting.

The box originally threw me off for a second, but it doesn't look like the cams would fit in there. I'm assuming the box was added to enhance the picture, but I don't know.
